Our company was founded by Tyler Kufro & Charles Kahrs. Two long time childhood friends from Tampa, Florida. They both saw the need to promote a message of unity and got together to speculate how to combine their skills to do just that. And thus, The Wood Republic was formed.
Through products that are both creative and meaningful, The Wood republic hopes to inspire all people to come together and find common ground. In times of such divide, we feel a personal responsibility to try to unite the country.
Our ultimate goal is to help people realize that by coming together as one, so much more can be achieved. We not only want to provide quality products but a quality message behind the product, as well.
We not only want to create awesome & quality products with an equally awesome & quality message. But we also want to put our words into action. The Wood Republic will donate 1% of all sales to various veteran & other charity organizations, with plans to increase that percentage as the company grows. And our contributions won't end there. The Wood Republic also aims to hold food drives and other charitable events to benefit our veterans & surrounding community in the Tampa Bay area.
